  Hired Mr. Nicholson in March 2014. He and his team were incredibly pro-active with my application for disability. They showed me and explained all the details to look out for and how to fill out the documents sent to me directly by SSI. While the paperwork is very straight forward, there are some snags who could have delayed my application. I can't describe how much they helped me and insured my peace of mind. My application was approved in JUNE!! While the delay in payment was somewhat my fault as I had to obtain additional documents, it was incredible how fast everything got done. In September I had a question I needed to discuss with Mr. Nicholson and I called on a Saturday night to leave a voice mail. To my surprise they have 24 hr. messaging service and Mr. Nicholson himself returned my call on a SUNDAY!! Wow, today it is very difficult to get a "life" person on the line and weekend calls?? Please!! I was so incredibly surprised by this expedited manner my whole claim was taken care off. I can only highly recommend The Law Offices of Mr. John T. Nicholson - if you want to get it done - HE's the man!!

  John was fantastic to deal with. He has helped 2 of my best friends with their social security disability claims. It is my understanding that he is really good at getting Vets benefits when they get back to the States with PTSD. Highly recommend.

  YEAH!!! I finally won with the help of John T. Nicholson! Best decision I made since I began my application for disability was to hire the Law Offices of John T. Nicholson for my SSDI appeal. After several years and "assistance" from a different law firm previously, I was finally awarded Social Security Disability with the help of John T. Nicholson. His personal touch and expertise makes the difference. With the first firm I was with I did not have any contact with the attorney until the day before my hearing with the judge. That is not how this office operates, with this office I had a completely different experience. Mr. Nicholson spoke with me on the phone several times during my appeal process. He makes himself available for his clients. He is very knowledgeable about the process as well as his staff. and they are always helpful and friendly. Everyone I ever spoke with at the office was courteous and supportive. I would highly recommend Mr. Nicholson and this law office to anyone in need!
