  Outcome of visit usually comes down to the employee who helps you. Most of the staff is undertrained and or rude with little customer service skills. A year or so ago the store managers name was Tony and most of the employees were top notch and willing to do whatever possible in order to make the customers happy. Tony always remembered my name and it seemed he had a good relationship with a large number of the customers who did business there. Unfortunately business practices have changed for the worst since Tony is no longer at the store. With the exception of being helped by Kev, every visit into the store since has been less than desirable. Whenever possible I try to take my business elsewhere. It really sucks to feel this way considering how much the store previously stood out in my mind for A+ service. As for pawn shops, I highly recommend Mr. Pawn on Linden Ave. Professional, clean atmosphere with knowledgeable employees

  There has to be a button for no stars for this review first this place is worst than a pawn store if your selling or pawing I recommend going to a pawn store there ones in the dayton area that will give you a fairprice for your items I brought in easy items over 300 and the offered me 20 bucks for everything the items were in excellent condition to boot you are better off selling your stuff yourself most of the people there walk around and talk when lines are backed up they say they will be right with you and seems like an forever when they do overall words really can't explain how pro and con like this place is tis review is not only to review but to give people a warning and caution when going there to sell or pawn

  I went to this cashland with a very nice sound bar to sell it and one of the workers were very rude when she said how much they wanted to give me for the sound bar which was $15 I paid over $200 for the sound bar back in 2015. The lady that said $15 didn't even take a look at my sound bar. This place is a complete rip off. Don't go there.
