- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service, Treat people like they are above them because they have the money u want or need. Ive used western union there multiple times without an id using the test question as is Weastern union policy... After the teller got to far ahead of herslef and dint know how to back out and fix my transfer. they had to call western union .. got the problem fixed then refused me service because i didnt have an ID.. which is not required by WU nor is it reuired at this particular cashland as I have done it before... AFter treating me like a criminal and refusing service I call western union to fiun dout they show cashland as having paid out my money.. Thus making it impossible for me to get... THEN after I call and flip out the transaction gets cancelled and I can go soemwhere they treat you with a little respect. Kroger maybe.... BEWARE when dealing with tese people.. They do not care at all about tying up your money in red tape and treatin gu like a criminal....By A Google User, June 20, 2017
